Device and License

Each license key can be activated on up to 5 devices simultaneously. Cloud sync is linked to the email address used to purchase the license.

Recovering Your License

Option 1: Prompty License Page

1. Go to https://prompty.to/licenses 
2. Enter your purchase email address
3. Check your email inbox for verification code
4. Enter the verification code to sign in
5. Check your license on Prompty dashboard

Option 2: Lemon Squeezy Orders

1. Go to My Orders 
2. Login with purchase email
3. Click your order
4. View license key

Managing Devices

Unlink Current Device

1. Open License Key dialog in settings
2. Find “Unlink Device” option
3. Confirm action
